Foundation Flow is a gentle, beginner-friendly class created for those who are new to yoga or wish to return to the basics. With slow rhythm, clear guidance, and steady breath, you’ll learn to move with awareness, to breathe with purpose, and to connect with your body in a safe and grounded way. Come as you are. This class welcomes you exactly where you are. —— Foundation Flow 是为零基础、初学者，或想回归基本的你所设计的一堂课。 在这里，我们练习的不只是动作，而是身体的方向感、呼吸的节奏感、与自己的信任感。 通过缓慢的节奏、清晰的引导、稳定的节拍，你将慢慢学会： 如何呼吸、如何站稳、如何觉察，以及，如何温柔地进入瑜伽的世界。

Samadi Yoga Payment & Booking Policy At Samadi Yoga, we strive to create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for all our students. To ensure a smooth experience and clarity for all parties, please carefully review our payment and booking policies before enrolling in any class, workshop, or program. 1. General Terms By making a booking or payment for any class, workshop, or service at Samadi Yoga, you agree to abide by these policies. These terms are binding and governed by the laws applicable in Malaysia. 2. Payment Policy Full Payment Requirement: All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation to secure your spot. Non-Refundable Payments: All payments, once made, are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. 3. Booking Policy Finality of Booking: All bookings are considered final upon confirmation. No cancellations, changes, or refunds will be entertained. Non-Transferable Bookings: Bookings are strictly non-transferable. Only the individual who made the booking is allowed to attend the class or workshop. 4. Liability Disclaimer Assumption of Risk: By participating in our classes, workshops, or services, you acknowledge that yoga involves physical activity and accept all risks associated with it. Samadi Yoga is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation. No Legal Claims: Under no circumstances shall Samadi Yoga, its owners, instructors, or affiliates be held liable for any claims, disputes, or legal actions arising from payment, booking, or participation in our services. 5. Force Majeure Samadi Yoga shall not be held responsible or liable for any cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events. 6. Amendments to Policy Samadi Yoga reserves the right to update or amend these policies at any time without prior notice. It is the participant's responsibility to review the policies regularly. Acknowledgment and Agreement By proceeding with payment or booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
